1. Introduction
PluginPal develops open source plugins and also offers custom-made plugins and services, such as setting up Strapi instances with VPS pipelines. These terms and conditions describe how PluginPal operates and the rights and obligations for both parties.
2. Quotation and Requirements
PluginPal always works based on a quotation that includes specific requirements and a definition of delivery. Payment takes place after the delivery of the agreed requirements, unless otherwise agreed. For projects exceeding €500, a 50% down payment is required.
3. Payment and Collection Costs
Invoices must be paid within 30 days. If clients have not paid two months after the due date, the collection costs will be charged to them.
4. Changes and Additional Work
Any changes or additional work during the project may lead to adjustments in the schedule and additional costs. Such changes are only implemented after written agreement and an amended quotation.
5. Intellectual Property
All developed plugins are by default licensed under the MIT license and are managed through the PluginPal GitHub organization. Deviations are possible under specific conditions. PluginPal aims to keep all plugins open source, so that both we and the community can maintain and improve them.
6. Applicable Law and GDPR
PluginPal operates under Dutch law and complies with GDPR regulations.
